Project Description: This project consists of the renovation of 5 high schools for Atlanta Public Schools. The schools to be renovated are B.E.S.T. Academy/C.S. King HS, Douglass HS, Mays HS, South Atlanta HS and Booker T. Washington HS. The scope of work includes lighting system improvements, house lighting improvements, sound system improvements, and projection system improvements. Bidders are cautioned that acquisition of proposal documents through any source other than as noted herein is not advisable. Acquisition of proposal documents from unauthorized sources places the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Additionally, note that all interested bidders will be held responsible for reviewing the entire set of documents. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid.
