The Richland Center Public Works Department is requesting bids for approximately 1520 tons of 5LT hot mix asphalt overlay with tack coat and compacted. Traffic control will be the contractor's responsibility. If you have any questions, please contact Jason Koch at (608)604-0563. The Public Works Committee will review bids on April 11th. The Common Council is expected to award the bid on April 16th. The City of Richland Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids are subject to City Council approval.
