Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Avon Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of May 20,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The failure of a Bidder to submit acknowledgement of any addendum that affects the bid price(s) may be considered an irregularity and may be cause for rejection of the bid. INSURANCE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements shall be found in these Bid Documents. BONDS A (5%) five percent bid bond or security will be required as well as a (100%) one hundred percent payment and performance bond(s). All questions shall be directed to the Purchasing Agent, Andy Mogle, in writing and will be accepted for addenda until Monday, April 8, 2024 at 4:00 PM in order to provide sufficient time for the City to respond appropriately to addenda. Remove and dispose of the existing roof and install a new roof of the same kind on the Avon Park Senior Center Shuffleboard Courts located at 109 E. Main Street, Avon Park, FL 33825
