The Contractor shall provide Hot Tap Services and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, non consumable supplies, licenses/permits, insurance, transportation, travel, per diem, and every other item of expense necessary to provide services as required for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Term End Date of Agreement May 14, 2025 The State's estimate for this Agreement is $15,000.00 The incentive is subject to a minimum of one percent (1%) and a maximum of five percent (5%) and will not exceed $100,000. Bids with DVBE participation of more than five percent (5%) will be calculated with a five percent (5%) incentive The Small Business Preference (five percent (5%) up to $50,000) may be combined with the DVBE incentive but will not exceed a combined total of $100,000.
