RESERVATION: The City incurs no responsibility for the fact that written notices or submission documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, from SEAO, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSIONS: The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
