This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Consulting Services - Confined Space Hazard Assessment & Entry Plan Development The City is seeking the services from experienced consultants to conduct and provide hazard assessments of identified confined spaces and written confined space entry procedures. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFQ Contact" will be: Knick Dawe Procurement Coordinator dawek@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
