The City of Rock Hill is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies for the Porter Road (S-245) Widening Project. The work consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for widening Porter Road (S-245) to add a center turning lane from just north of Mount Holly Elementary School for approximately 1, 200 linear feet as detailed in the drawings and specifications. Inspection, questions, and work review will take place at this time. Interested companies are strongly encouraged to attend. Please RSVP if a representative from your company will be attending the nonmandatory pre-proposal meeting.
