San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) is seeking bids for the "HVAC Filter Media Annual Service" on an "as needed" basis. Questions Due Date: Mar 5th 2024, 11:30 AM CST The District reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities and to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals in whole or in part, extend due date(s), or to discuss/negotiate separately in any manner necessary and/or to terminate the procurement solicitation process in its entirety provided that action will serve the best interest of the District. Contract Term: The contract shall be valid for one (1) year from date of Board of Trustees approval with four (4) optional one (1) year renewals, based upon the original terms, conditions and pricing, if mutually agreeable by both parties. Should the District opt to exercise any renewal option years, the district reserves the right to re-negotiate pricing for potential cost savings during subsequent renewal periods. Prices will remain in effect for the first year. Event bid notes: We strongly recommend you give yourself enough time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and finalize your submission. Bids(i.e., Bidders from IFBs) will be publicly opened, Bidders identified, and prices read aloud immediately following the Bid Opening Date/Time. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the bids on the date and hour specified. Proposals (i.e., Offers from RFPs and RFQs) will be opened by SAISD in a non-public forum. Names of Offerors and prices will NOT be disclosed until after evaluation and award.
