Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Osage Beach, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of June 6, 2024, project was awarded to Logan Excavating, LLC., awarded amount is $1,093,297.80.** The work of this contract includes removal of existing features along Osage Beach Road. Overlay and widening of existing roadway approximately 2320 feet long with 2-foot wide concrete curb and gutter. Project includes grading, lighting, storm sewer, concrete driveway approaches, utility service relocations and sidewalks. Work shall include any other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Forms provided in the bound Bidding Documents Package and be accompanied by the bidder's certified check or bid bond in the amount offive percent (5%) ofthe total bid. A performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to obtain a contractor's license and submit a certificate of insurance for workers' compensation. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. All Bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejection, nor shall the Bidder seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejection. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. Bidders requiring interpretation or clarification of any conflict, ambiguity, discrepancy, or error, which they may discover upon examination of the Bidding Documents or of the site and local conditions, shall make a written request for interpretation to the Engineer All written requests pertaining to questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents pursuant to herein received less than ten (10) consecutive calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
