The Jackson R-2 School District is accepting bids for HVAC repairs at East Elementary School. Jackson R-2 can reject any and all bids. bid specifications or questions, please contact Dr. Keenan Kinder, Assistant Superintendent of Safety and District Operations at either 573-243-9531 or kkinder@jackson.k12.mo.us. Provide a complete written description of entire scope of equipment, materials and labor services to be provided including but not limited to: Description of identified deficiencies and proposed solutions Description of engineering services to be provided Detailed description of the design/build solutions scope of work Detailed description of all equipment to be provided and installed including design specifications of flow rates, friction head, temperature and pressures, and all equipment specifications Complete list of controls equipment, sensors and end devices to be provided and installed Proposal Must Include 6. Complete description of control algorithms, sequences of operations for summer, winter and freeze protection operations 7. Include preliminary P&ID drawings of the project 8. Complete itemized description of all inclusions and exclusions 9. Description of labor and parts warranties
