Renovation of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 14,2024 project has been awarded to the following: A & D Painting Inc. for $1,038,672.55, Ideas Painting LLC for $756,430.81 and Intercontinental Commercial Services for $452,277.63. ** These projects include interior painting of the hallways, common areas and classrooms of the buildings. Scope of work will include painting of walls, wood and metal surfaces, handrails, exterior doors, door frames and storefronts, if applicable. Stained interior wooden doors will have to be sanded and refinished. Where items are not mentioned, finish them as specified for similar work. Description Fulton County Schools (FCS) invites bids for furnishing any and all goods and/or services required for Summer 2024 Painting Project. Questions regarding the bidding process should be directed in writing to the Executive Director of Contracting via facsimile at (470) 254-1248 or via email to wecare@fultonschools.org Only questions received prior to 4:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, will be considered.
