It is a ground-level retail space with direct access to the sidewalk and shoulder parking lane. The site is approximately 1,167 SF in size with an average wall height of 10 feet. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from seeking offers from an experienced consultant to lead a team of sub consultants to complete base building design and specifications for a planned renovation at 748 Johnson Street, has been issued by the owner. Further update in late spring 2024, upon award.
