The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible firms to design build the Bakersfield Dynamic Substation Upgrade - Synchronous Condenser project detailed in the scope of work of this solicitation package. This Request for Qualifications is being issued by the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). LCRA is a conservation and reclamation district of the State of Texas created pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution. Question Deadline 03/27/2024 Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted via email ONLY to the LCRA Agent at kelly.sweetin@lcra.org by the date indicated in the milestone block. LCRA shall attempt to answer inquiries concerning the RFQ, but shall not be obligated to do so. LCRA reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ responses, and to waive irregularities or informalities in any response. LCRA may request additional written or oral information from Offerors to obtain clarifications with respect to their responses. 4/24/2024 Anticipated Notification Date for Selected Suppliers
