Reference Number 0000346117 Delivery Point: El Paso County, CO Purchase Type: Term: 05/01/2024 - 10/31/2024 El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Pineries Open Space Corridor Clearing (Project) for El Paso County Parks and Community Services (County). Work is anticipated to be completed between May 1, 2024 and July 1, 2024. The primary work to be performed for this project includes the clearing of a two hundred (200) foot wide corridor through burned dead standing timber and the removal of dead standing timber along the property fence adjacent to Shoup Road and Blue Spruce Lane. All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Solicitation and the Pineries Open Space forest Management Plan attached to RFP. LOCATION OF WORK: The work described in this Solicitation shall be performed at the Pineries Open Space located at 13201 Vollmer Road, Colorado Springs, CO.
