The scope of work and main construction items include, but are not limited to the renovation of two existing bathrooms including surface fixtures and sub-floor requirements, associated plumbing. The Arc of Somerset County is requesting ITEMIZED bids for Project. Project Address: 57 Old Stirling Rd, Warren NJ. Fair Labor Standards Requirements apply though Federal Prevailing Wage does not apply. The Arc of Somerset County reserves the right to reject any and all bids where there are sound business reasons to do so. Date of public bid opening as stated in Notice to Bidders. At the above time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after the date and time designated to receive bids.
