**As of May 21, 2024, the project was awarded to NABCO Electric Company, Inc. for $184,432.00.** The CITY OF CLEVELAND will receive sealed bids for the Traffic Signal Installation and Removal project at Paul Huff Parkway and Peerless Road. All inquiries, questions, and requests for information concerning this solicitation should be directed in writing to Kristi Powers, Budget/Purchasing Coordinator at kpowers@clevelandtn.gov. The deadline for submitting questions is March 25, 2024, at 12:00 PM, EST The scope of the project will consist of construction of a new mast-arm traffic signal and removal of the existing span-wire traffic signal at Paul Huff Parkway and Peerless Road in accordance with the bid specifications. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland. Confirm final grades with the City of Cleveland before installing foundations. Project completion should occur by August 2nd, 2024
