DEADLINE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS Wednesday, March 27, 2024, 3:00 PM CT It is the responsibility of each quoter to submit any questions or clarifications, in writing, to the Agency Contract Person named above, prior to the posted deadline, seeking from the Agency for clarification of any such description that the quoter does not fully understand. Failure on the part of quoter to submit such written questions shall mean that the quoter does fully understand the description, that the description is clear and unambiguous, and that the quoter will provide or complete ALL the stated requirement for the fee(s) quoted. Rehabilitation of 10 Vacant Units and 3 Minor Roof Repairs All work is to be completed between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. One key will be issued to the contractor by maintenance. Unit will need to be secured before leaving each time. If repairs are needed/observed that are not on this scope of work, you must contact the contracting officer listed above for guidance and/or approval. Remove all receptacles, switches, blanks, wall plates, etc. throughout the unit and replace them with white receptacles, switches, blanks, wall plates, etc. Replace all smoke detectors throughout the unit ensuring they are replaced with smoke or smoke/co2 combination detectors as listed. Luxury vinyl planking (LVP) will be installed throughout the unit. Use floor leveler if needed. All LVP will be installed with adhesive. All baseboards will be removed and replaced with new baseboards. All HVAC registers will be replaced including the return air grill. Replace all light fixtures with LED light fixtures. Replace the thermostat for the HVAC unit. All materials to be supplied by the Agency. A final cleaning of the unit must be conducted after the construction is complete. Remove the stickers on the ceiling and walls.
