Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 522,469-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The project will consist of selective demolition, replacement of materials, partitions, ceiling, flooring, doors and hardware, painting, mechanical systems upgrades, new light fixtures, new power and data distribution, fire alarm upgrades and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Questions or inquiries should be submitted no later than April 01, 2024 and be directed in writing to the Architect, Kimberly Lyons Creatore, at kimberlylyons@ongov.net. Contractor to provide the following: MWBE Utilization plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, Apprenticeship Program, and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Utilization Goals: MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount ofthe bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. B. Concurrent Work: Owner will award separate contract(s) for the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this Contract. 1. Plumbing fixture installation - Water bottle filling station and kitchenette sink. 2. Card access installation. 3. Furniture. 4. Window treatments.
