0.98 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, concrete curb, gutter and curb ramps and pavement markings on East Paris Avenue from 28th Street (M-11) northerly to Burton Street in the cities of Kentwood and Grand Rapids, Kent County. This is a Local Agency project. Net classification required for this project is 709 Cb or Comb/Jt. 709 J, N9-3A In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, J and N9-3A. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder. Control Sec Job No Federal No STU 41000 216292A 24A0335 MI DOT - 2404 043 - Hot Mix Asphalt Cold Milling and Resurfacing, Concrete Curb, Gutter and Curb Ramps and Pavement Markings on East Paris Avenue The Engineer anticipates that construction can begin no earlier than July 8, 2024. Once work commences, the entire project must be completed and open to traffic within 42 Calendar days. 42 Calendar days will be charged on the date work begins, or on September 20, 2024, whichever occurs earlier. The entire project must be completed and open to traffic by the final completion date of November 1, 2024.
