The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required for the rehabilitation of three lift stations, and all necessary appurtenances. The Project has an expected duration of 120 calendar days. An approved bidder's bond made payable to the OWNER in an amount of five (5%) percent of the largest possible total of the bid may be required as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will enter into a Contract and execute all necessary bonds. Bid securities will be returned to Bidders when the Contract award is made or bids are rejected. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract, and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials, will be required upon the forms which are a part of the contract Documents. Questions Due Date: Mar 28th 2024, 10:00 AM CDT Any interpretations, corrections, clarifications, or changes to this Invitation to Bid will be issued via addendum. Addenda will be posted in Bonfire. It is the responsibility of the respondent to monitor the Online website for addenda. Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of each addendum by submitting a signed copy with their submission.
