The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required for the rehabilitation of three lift stations, and all necessary appurtenances. The Project has an expected duration of 120 calendar days. An approved bidder's bond made payable to the OWNER in an amount of five (5%) percent of the largest possible total of the bid may be required as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will enter into a Contract and execute all necessary bonds.
