The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish all materials, machinery, labor, and services for the removal, disposal, and installation of fencing at 137 Linda Kay Court, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088. Aerial photographs of the work site are provided in Attachment #1 and reflect the detention pond located at the end of Linda Kay Court.
The scope of services includes, but may not be limited to , the following:
Removal and disposal of existing chain link fence
Take down and reinstallation of existing wooden post and fence along property line
Installation of approximately 530 ft. of 6 ft. heavy gauge black vinyl coated chain link fence
Installation of one (1) 20 ft. gate opening to include gate
All posts are to be set in concrete
Must meet all state, federal, and local codes
All work must be completed within 30 days of the contract award date or date Purchase Order is issued Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted electronically by Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 2:00 PM (E.T.). The selected respondent must meet all federal, state, and local codes and regulations. It is the respondent's responsibility to verify measurements and request any general information or clarification by the allowed date.
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible respondent whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities. AWARD OF CONTRACT: The City of Warner Robins will make award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Due consideration will be given to price, quality as judged by tests and previous experience, and the ability of the bidders to render required goods and services. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to conduct any test it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The City of Warner Robins also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
