This scope of work covers the requirements to provide SJCCD with services for the repair of our welding program equipment. College Locations: North Campus CIT Building: 5801 Uvalde, Houston, TX 77089 Central Campus: 8060 Spencer Hwy, C32-108, Pasadena, TX 77505 Equipment: o Miller Mark VIII o Miller CST 300 o Miller CST 280 o Lincoln Power Wave o Lincoln Cross-Country Engine Driven o Lincoln V275s Invertec o Plasma Cutter - Lincoln Torchmate 4400 o Band Saw - Marvel Series 8 Mark II o Compact Profiler - Lincoln Master Pipe The College does not guarantee a certain number of repair/maintenance services. The College will utilize this service as needed. Types of repairs include, but are not limited to, the following: o Fuse Replacement o Bad Connections o Broken Fans o Calibration o Computer Updates on Plasma Cutter o Gears locked up on Plasma Cutter o Blade Replacement and motor replacement on band saw o Blade Replacement on compact profiler The contract term, if any, for contract(s) awarded from this quote will be one (1) year, with renewal options of four (4) one-year time periods subject to the termination provisions as further described in the sample contract terms and conditions on the Attachments tab in IonWave.
