The Project consists of, , but is not limited to, replacing existing concrete sidewalks, curbs, and curb ramps, installing curb extensions, installing new drainage structures, roadway and driveway asphalt replacement, installation of RRFB's and signage, and pavement striping. All questions prior to the bid opening must be received by the close of business on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 4pm local time. Repair and replacement of sidewalks, curbs including ADA crosswalk ramps and asphalt work. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Village of Honeoye Falls, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may, at their discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, not does this represent that the Owner will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such wavier, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Honeoye Falls reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids. Any Bidder requiring the plans be sent via mail, shall be responsible to provide a separate check of $25 to cover the non-refundable cost of postage and handling (payable to HUNT EAS). Any bidder, submitting a sealed bid, upon returning the printed set of drawings and specifications to DATAFLOW within 30 days and in good condition, will be refunded the full deposit. Any Non Bidder will not be refunded such deposit.
