The Owner Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Bids And Reserves The Right To Waive Any Irregularity In Bidding Which, In Their Considered Opinion Is Warranted. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn For Sixty (60) Days After Opening Without Written Consent Of The Owner. Board Of Education Springfield School District 186. All Bidders Are Advised That All Work Of The Contract Shall Be Subject To The Provisions Of The ""Illinois Prevailing Wage Act"".
