The Project Is Generally Described As. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the rehabilitation of the existing Runway 16-34 incandescent runway edge lights, taxiway exit signs, distance remaining signs, precision approach path indicators (PAPIs), supplemental windcones, runway end identifier lights (REILs), and constant current regulators (CCRs) at the Hanover County Airport in Hanover County, VA. All work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents, even those presented during both meetings shall be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER, Parrish and Partners, Hunter Boniface, P.E. hboniface@parrishandpartners.com. To receive consideration, all questions should be received by the ENGINEER prior to 12:00 P.M., MARCH 27, 2024. Any changes made to the written requirements of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents shall be made by written Addendum only General Information: The OWNER making copies of the Bid Documents available does so for the purpose of obtaining Bids on the Work and does not confer a license or grant of any other use. The OWNER does not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete Bid Documents. The Bid Documents shall be used in preparing bid responses.
