Event Description 2024-616 Deer River Area Forest Road and Public Water Access Road Grading The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for as-needed road grading on approximately 9.3 miles of State Forest Roads and Public Water Access Roads in the Deer River Area (Central Itasca County). SCHEDULE / TIME OF COMPLETION Work cannot commence before May 1, 2024 or receipt of Notice to Proceed whichever occurs later. Final Completion of the work shall be on or before November 30, 2024. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
