The City desires to contract a preventative and on-call repair-type maintenance contract for the entire air conditioning systems, central units, all HVAC and refrigeration equipment contained in the locations listed on the Quote Form. This maintenance coverage to include all electronic controls and mechanical equipment (including VAV controls) both indoors and outdoors for term of contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials (excluding AC filters), supplies, equipment tools, transportation, shop facilities, preventative maintenance and any other requirements set forth herein to inspect, repair and service City owned air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. The purpose of this Quotation is to establish a contract, for the maintenance of air-conditioning systems and ice machine as listed for the Homestead Police Department, Police Athletic League (PAL) Gym and Police Explorers Building. The Vendor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials (excluding AC filters), equipment, skills, tools, supervision, services and traffic control as necessary for the proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. It is requested that the Vendor quote fixed prices that will be guaranteed to the City of Homestead from Notice of Award through September 30, 2024. The Agreement may be renewed for up to 2 (two) additional one (1) year terms, on an annual basis, and subject to City budget requirements with the successful proposer upon mutual agreement with the City with no changes in terms and conditions.
