The Check Shall Be Drawn On A Solvent Bank And Made Payable To The Board Of Park Commissioners, Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District And Any Letter Of Credit Submitted Shall Be Revocable Only At The Option Of The Board Of Park Commissioners, Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District, As A Condition That If The Proposal Is Accepted, A Contract In The Amount Of 100% Of The Amount Bid In Accordance With Plans And Specifications Is Entered Into. All Bonds Provided Must Be Obtained From A Surety Licensed By, Or A Surplus Lines Company Approved By, The State Superintendent Of Insurance. All Proposals Submitted Shall Be Good For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days After The Date Of Bid Opening. Notice Of Claim Of Right To Withdraw A Proposal Must Be Made In Writing And Filed With The Park District Within Two Business Days After Conclusion Of The Bid Opening Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 9.31 Of The Ohio Revised Code.
