License Requirements ODOT PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR Preferences MBE - Minority-Owned Business Enterprise WBE - Woman-Owned Business Enterprise Project Duration Until July 1, 2025 Q&A Deadline 04/03/2024 1:30 PM (EDT) Questions must be submitted through the Q&A tab The City of Toledo desires to enter into a contract for the LUC-SR-65-4.21 Cherry/Summit Roadway Reconstruction, PID 113857. This project will reconstruct 0.28 miles of pavement on Summit Street, from Jackson Street to Cherry Street, and Cherry Street, from Summit Street to the Maumee River. This includes removing and replacing the pavement, curb, and the drive approaches, as well as minor drainage improvements and streetscape enhancements. The quantities specified are estimated and informative only and not a binding offer of purchase on the part of the City. The City of Toledo reserves the right to either increase or decrease the contract quantities. Bid Bond 5.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 100.00% DESCRIPTION This work includes video recording along the routes of construction by the Contractor and providing of tapes and reports to City. Audio-video recording shall be of those areas affected by construction, to be replaced or restored to original condition. Limits of taping shall be 50 feet (minimum) each side of the centerline of proposed construction and the outer side of all buildings along the construction route. The haul route shall be audio-video taped along the first 2000 feet from the construction area. Any roads not normally receiving heavy truck traffic along the haul route shall also be audio-video recorded. This work consists of locating, furnishing, installing, and maintaining temporary sediment and erosion control Best Management Practices (BMP) for earth disturbing activity areas, developing, maintaining, amending a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), performing SWP3 Inspections, filing a Co-Permittee form as required and compliance with the OEPA NPDES Permit, Clean Water Act (33 USC Section 1251 et seq.) the OWPCA, the 404 permit, the 401 WQC, the Isolated Wetland Permit, City of Toledo Requirements, specifications SCD and other related rules, laws and permits. In the event of conflict between these requirements and pollution control laws, rules, or regulations of other Federal, State, or local agencies, adhere to the more restrictive laws, rules, or regulations.
