Traffic Control Devices Supply. The City of Toledo desires to enter into a contract for its annual supply of traffic control devices for use by the Division of Road & Bridge Maintenance (R&BM) in the Street Maintenance Program. This bid does not guarantee that the contractor will be requested to supply material. All quantities provided are estimated and are for information only. The City of Toledo reserves the right to either increase or decrease the quantity as its requirements demand. The City reserves the right to be the sole judge of the suitability and fitness of the product and services bid on, as well as other such things as may determine the suitability of the bid for fitting the needs of the City. As noted above, City forms must be filled out and attached to the bid.
