The Project includes the following Work: Work includes the reconstruction of a 350 LF roadway segment of Whitman St, spanning from Main St to West St. Owner anticipates that the Project s total bid price will be approximately $100,000. The Project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2024. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Albion in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. Pre-bid Conference There will be no pre-bid conference held for this Project. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. Document note: Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
