FY-2024 Paving Projects Highway District No. 1 Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the Highway District Clerk 5 days prior the meeting. Bids Must Be Sealed In An Envelope On The Outside Of Which It Must State That A Bid Is Enclosed. The Date And Time Of The Opening, And Item The Bid Is For. Approximately 8.9 miles by 22' wide, 2" deep: a. NW 1st Avenue - 4.0 miles b. Sunset & SW 2nd Avenue - 1.4 miles c. SW 3rd Avenue - 1.3 miles d. Finley Road - .8 miles e. Whitley Drive - .8 miles f. SW 1st - Hwy 95 to Y - .6 miles Work will consist ofthe following: To deliver and place a CSS-1 tack oil to proposed road surfaces 2. To deliver and place a !4" RAP HMAC (no more than 28% RAP) to a depth of 2" compacted on proposed areas. 3. To install tapers on cross street intersections and radius areas after main line paving.
