Reference number: 1825682 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-02 Rehabilitation of the Parking Lot, Drop-Off Area and Exterior Envelope Phase 2 - École Jeanne-Mance. The project involves refurbishing the landing yard, including the installation of a retention basin, and repairing the masonry, including structural reinforcement and insulation of the building; The demolition work will have to be carried out during the period of occupancy of the building, i.e. from the end of April so that the measurements for the fabrication of the steel structure can be completed and ready by June 25. As of this date, excavation work can begin and be carried out in coordination with the installation of the structure and new masonry. The infrastructure work must be completed by the start of the school year on August 27, 2024 to allow buses to circulate.
