Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes the reconstruction of the existing pedestrian pathway of the Hains Levee and Riverfront Trail Pathway including replacement of the crushed surface top course, asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing of the existing vegetation and tree removal. Bidder hereby agrees that if awarded the contract, he will commence work within the time stated in the contract, and that he will complete all work within 25 working days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications
