Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peoria, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
In conjunction with the redevelopment at the Peoria Sports Complex, this project will provide for the design and construction of a cul-de-sac on 77th Avenue south of Paradise Lane, a drainage channel to accommodate the 77th Avenue drainage, and improvements to the temporary parking lot on Parcel 200-53-949. This project will also include the construction of a trail connection from Stadium Trail Phase 1 to 77th Avenue, and dedication of a drainage easement and trail easement. As of January 10, 2025, this project is included in the City of Peoria's FY 2025-2034 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
