Question Deadline 04/11/2024 The Work of this bid package includes renovation of locker and toilet rooms including selective demolition, flooring replacements, toilet partitions and accessories, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems, and other general construction incidental to the renovations as indicated in the Bidding Documents. A Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and issued by a surety company approved by and in favor of the Owner, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid Further, the successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price. Direct all questions in writing only to the Architect, via email at projects@mckinleydelivers.com. All Bidding Document clarifications or changes will be made by Addendum only. the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids
