Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Mahomet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of: Project includes removal and replacement of various partial BAS systems operating various portions of MSHS. Replacement will consist of an open-protocol Building Automation System featuring a single vendor. Configure the system such that all of it works in concert with existing HVAC units/equipment. Scope does not include replacement of any equipment other than those directly related to controls - units found to be deficient shall be identified and would be additional scope beyond that of this project. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
