City of Wabasha, Winona, Minnesota, invites sealed Construction Bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the Wabasha Fire Department Addition, 113 Hiawatha Drive W, Wabasha, MN according to Construction Documents prepared by OWA Architects. Scope of work includes: Construction of a 2,400 square foot addition to the existing fire department building. The addition will be a slab on grade, pre-engineered metal structure. The interior will be finished with liner steel. Work includes all mechanical and electrical work, extension of utilities from building and limited site work around immediate vicinity of proposed building.
