Site work for a water / sewer project in Waldron, Arkansas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 23, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** The project includes replacement of existing drainage pipes along Lara Avenue with 24 x 14 RCPA and 30 x 19 RCPA with associated drainage inlets, installation of curb and gutter, mill and inlay existing surface of Lara Avenue, and replacement of driveway cross drains. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to City of Waldron in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time, which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
