Renovation of a mixed-use development in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project comprises of renovations to (15) spaces in (8) separate schools as follows: a. Briar Woods HS (Rooms 603A & 603) b. Broad Run HS (Rooms 147, 420, & 175) c. Evergreen Mills ES (Room SPCC 3-5) d. Heritage HS (Rooms L205 & 209) e. Loudoun County HS (Rooms 142A, 118 & 137) f. Loudoun Valley HS (Room 414) g. Potowmack ES (Storage) h. Trailside MS (Rooms 712 & 808) The Owner intends to enter into a single stipulated sum contract, for the project. Bid Security in the form of an approved Bid Bond or a certified check for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount payable to Loudoun County School Board will be required. If a contract is let, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount shall be required of the successful Contractor. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect no later than 5:00 PM prevailing local time on March 25, 2024. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding.
