Question Acceptance Deadline 10/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid must be accompanied by cashier's or certified check or a bid bond prepared on accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid.
