Substantial Completion is defined that the facility is ready to use for its intended purpose with all utility systems fully functional. The Bidder hereby agrees to furnish the required Bonds, Insurance Certificates, and Policies within ten (10) days after acceptance of this Proposal. Final Completion with all clean-up and punch-list items shall be complete by September 15, 2024 The bid package only includes Phase I work, PHASE II WORK IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS BID PACKAGE. Phase II Work may be added as a Change Order after the completion of Phase I Work. Phase I Work: Removal and replacement of seventeen (17) air actuated butterfly valves and actuators, and four (4) solenoid valves on filtration unit #1. Removal and replacement of seven (7) butterfly valves and actuators on the Clean-In-Place System. Phase II Work: NOT INCLUDED IN THIS BIG PACKAGE. Removal and replacement of a combined fiftyone (51) total air actuated butterfly valves and actuators, and twelve (12) solenoid valves, on filtration unit #2, filtration unit #3, and filtration unit #4. There exists seventeen (17) total air actuated butterfly valves and actuators and four (4) solenoid valves on each filtration unit.
