Reference Number 0000266571 Question Acceptance Deadline 27-Mar-2024 01:30:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 22-Mar-2024 12:00:00 PM EDT This asignment is for the collection of Volume Counts, Ramp Counts, Class Counts, Side Road Counts and Turning Movement Counts on various highways in Eastern Region. The scope of work includes all work necessary to deliver this Assignment as described in the RFQ Documents. The Service Provider shall plan, design and construct all work in conformance with Ministry of Transportation standards, criteria and requirements any area directives or specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, documents with the most recent dates shall prevail. This assignment includes work that is in a French Language Services designated area. The Service Provider must comply with all provisions of the French Language Services Act, including but not limited to Third Party Regulation 284/11. This Assignment includes: The collection of traffic data, specifically ATR and video analysis volume counts, ramp counts, speed by vehicle length classification counts, turning movement counts, and side road counts on various roads and highways in MTOs Eastern Region. The Ministry retains the exclusive right to add Extra Work to this RFQ assignment. All provisions of this RFQ shall apply to the Extra Work.
