Reference Number 0000265846 Question Acceptance Deadline Mar 27, 2024 02:00 PM EDT The work will take place over a period of 2 years over a maximum of 20 weeks divided into 2 phases which must be carried out respectively during the year 2024 and 2025. At the end of the previously mentioned period all the work must be carried out, including the correction deficiencies, redevelopment and complete cleaning. a) Bids submitted at $100,000 or more must include the following by closing date and time: i. A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable letter of credit made available and issued by a financial institution authorized to carry on business in Canada as a schedule I or II chartered bank, in an amount equivalent to at less 10% of the tendered price and which will be in effect until ninety (90) calendar days after the closing date. A Bond Agreement Indicating That the Insurance Company, in Accordance With Section 5.18.1, Will Provide Contractual Security Which Will Include a 50% Performance Bond and a Labor and Payment Bond Materials in Relation to the Work of 50% of the Tendered Price or Confirmation From a Chartered Bank in Schedules I or Ii That an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in an Amount Equal to 50% of the Tendered Price Will Be Provided.
