PS-1822-18/TAD WO 47 Question Submission Deadline:April 8, 2024, 5:00pm Seminole County Utilities Engineering Division is seeking a State of Florida Certified General Contractor to perform rehabilitation and replacement of components at the Greenwood Lakes Water Reclamation Facility. The Work consists of: 1. Installation of the following items: a. Oxidation ditch fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) deck plates. b. Davit crane near the chlorine contact chamber splitter box and chlorine contact chambers. 2. Repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility, including the following: a. Influent splitter box gates. b. Master Lift Station components: bar screens, washer/compactor, gate, plug valves, and header pipe coating. c. Secondary clarifiers and clarifier splitter box structures. d. Replacement of clarifier gear boxes and drive assemblies. e. Oxidation ditch patching and painting. f. Compliance building structure: door and door hardware, paint, slab, awning. g. Analyzers and trough relocation to the outside wall of the Compliance building. h. Various assets around the facility, including pipes and structures. 3. SCADA improvements: hardware replacements, optimization and standardization of PLC control logic, revision of system graphics, enhanced operations visualization, additional system reliability, hardening of network security. 4. Commissioning of the Work. LOCATION OF PROJECT A. The Work is located at 701 Green Way Blvd in Lake Mary, Florida.
