The District of Columbia ("District") Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS"), on behalf of District of Columbia Public Schools ("DCPS"), is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit design build proposals ("Proposal(s)") from offerors ("Offeror(s)") interested in serving as the design-builder (the "Design-Builder" or the "Contractor") for the Kenilworth Elementary School - heating ventilation, and air conditioning ("HVAC") upgrades, located at 1300 44th St NE, Washington, DC 20019 (the "Project"). The Substantial Completion Date is August 17, 2026 Anticipated Award May 31, 2024 Contract or NTP/Design Start July 15, 2024 Substantial Completion Date August 17, 2026 Final Completion Date June 15, 2027 Administrative Completion Date December 30, 2027 Question Deadline 03/25/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions about this RFP shall be submitted to electronically. The Department will provide responses to potential Offerors to all questions received. Questions will not be accepted after this date.
