A timeline for award has not yet been established.* The project consists of the construction of approximately350 L.F. of 6" DR-21 HDPE/6" DR-25 C900 force main along with all connections and restoration. A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Summerville Borough Municipal Authority, executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company satisfactory to the Authority, in an amount equal to no less that ten percent of the total amount of the Bid, must be submitted with the proposal. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening. The Summerville Borough Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in Bids received, but any Contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids.
