Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cranston, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Work of this Contract comprises of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services required to complete the work as described on the drawings, as specified in the project manual and as may be required by the existing conditions. The scope of work in general is to provide cast-in-place concrete cleaning, repairing, replacing of the precast/cast-in-place and sealing; removal and replacement of joint materials as occurs and as indicated in this specification and attached drawings. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) information as shown on drawings and as specified A. ADD Alternate No. ONE - New Aluminum Storefront Systems 1. All work associated with Removing of the existing aluminum window systems, preparing of the existing The project shall be completed within 150 days from Notice to Proceed. If the project is not completed the owner may impose liquidated damages in the amount of $250 per day beyond 90 day contract period The Contractor agrees to attempt to expend at least 10 percent of the dollar value of the contract to Minority Business Enterprises or Women Business Enterprises
