Christy Glen Lift Station Pump Addition ARTICLE 1 - WORK 1.01 Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Construction of Christy Glen Lift Station Pump Addition and Site Improvements to the District's Christy Glen Lift Station. ARTICLE 2 - THE PROJECT 2.01 The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows: CHRISTY GLEN LIFT STATION PUMP ADDITION WITHIN CLEAR BROOK CITY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretation of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, prior to 48 hours before the Bid Opening. Answers to all such requests will be given in writing to all bidders, in addendum form, and all addenda will be bound and made a part of the Contract. No other explanation or interpretation will be considered official or binding. Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the Contract Documents, Technical Specifications or Plans, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he should at once notify the Engineer in order that a written addendum may be sent to all bidders. It is the responsibility of the bidders to know that they have received all such addenda, complete files of which will be maintained in the office of the Engineer and in the office designated to receive the bids. The submission of a bid shall be conclusive evidence that the bidder is fully acquainted and satisfied as to the character, quality and quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished.
