new Brown Township Maintenance Building as set forth in the Bidding Documents on file Brown Township Maintenance Building Single Prime Contractor The base bid project includes the full construction of a new 6,000 SF one-story post-frame construction maintenance building with offices, break room, restroom, storage, (3) maintenance bays, and (1) wash bay. Any questions shall be directed to Alex Long, MS Consultants, Inc., no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, in writing by email at along@msconsultants.com. Should a bidder find discrepancies or omissions in the Bidding Documents, or be in doubt of their meaning, they shall notify Alex Long. Should it be necessary, a written addendum will be sent to all bidders. Any such addenda shall become a part of the Contract and acknowledged on the Bid Form. Each bid must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTY and CONTRACT BOND in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant to Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. All bids shall be considered valid until sixty (60) days after the bid opening date although not accepted or rejected. Prevailing Wage Rates DO apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, part of any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
